peace

amazing how just having a few days with nothing particularly planned makes you feel more relaxed and ready to conquer. a big aspect of this is just reading. these crossfit workouts make me sleep so urgently as well that it's tough to stay up and do the late-night-reading-thing which i like to do. then regret in the morning.

but not so this weekend....ahh.
